How To Order

MX Mounted Wheels
Choose the appropriate shape, grit and bond.

Some "W" shape items are available with either an 1/8" or 1/4" mandrel. When ordering please be sure to list which mandrel (shank) size you require. Example:

MX Type 1 Wheels
For Straight Wheels: Determine the desired wheel dimensions. Select the grit size and bond type. Example:

WARNING
Overhang is the distance from support to base of wheel. Increasing the overhang will lower the maximum speed. Reducing the overhang (pushing the mandrel back into the chuck) will raise the maximum speed.

  • Never exceed the maximum RPM for each mounted wheel listed here for the standard mandrel with a 1/2" overhang.
  • Refer to ANSI B7.1 safety standard.
  • Always wear eye and face protection.
